Dr. Sarath Kumarasiri is a distinguished management and finance professional, accomplished educationalist, and highly respected academic leader recognized for his commitment to excellence, innovation, and impactful results.

His corporate career spans senior leadership roles across leading organizations, including a global brand ranked among the world's top 40 companies. He was selected by a United States-based consultancy group as one of four specialists entrusted with implementing the Operations and Maintenance System for a landmark city development project covering 880 square kilometres with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Following his tenure in the Middle East, Dr. Kumarasiri served large and medium-scale organizations across Asia and Sri Lanka in key leadership positions including Banker, Accountant, Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, Consultant in Accounting and Financial Management, Head of Marketing, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer. His corporate leadership experience extends over two decades.

Transitioning into academia and professional development, he has held senior management positions in universities and professional institutions. He has played a significant role in the design, development, and delivery of numerous national and international academic and professional programs.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Kumarasiri has educated and mentored more than 50,000 participants, supervised over 100 research projects, and evaluated more than 3,000 postgraduate-level studies. He has served as MBA Coordinator, Examiner, Paper Setter, Course Leader, Senior Lecturer, and Head of Degree Development Committees for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

He also served for over seven years as a member of the Board of Directors of a prominent professional institute established through an Act of Parliament in Sri Lanka.

Amb.Adaeze Nneoma Obirieze-Nnamdi is a devoted Christian, Public Health Professional, Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Educator, and Humanitarian Leader whose life and work are guided by a deep commitment to serving God through service to humanity. She is passionate about advancing health, education, peacebuilding, youth development, and the empowerment of women and vulnerable populations.

Adaeze holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Technology and a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety. She is a Certified Public Health Technologist, Certified Environmental Professional (NREP, USA & ESMI, Nigeria), and a recipient of several professional certifications from respected institutions including the World Bank Group, World Health Organization, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and other global organizations.

A dedicated advocate for positive social change, she made history as the first Imo State Coordinator and the first female State Coordinator of the African Youth for Development Commission, where she led community development initiatives and youth empowerment programs. She has also served with numerous national and international organizations, including the United Nations Volunteers, World Health Organization, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), Nigerian Red Cross Society, MTN Foundation, Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and several humanitarian and development-focused organizations.
